Zana Janee Robinson, daughter of John 'Wayne' Dugger and the late Lola Mae Alston Robinson, began her journey through life on April 16, 1994, at MCV Hospital, Richmond, Virginia.
'Pooh - Pooh', as she was affectionatley called, was educated in the the Northampton County Public School System; graduating from Northampton County High School - West, Class of 2012. Early in life, she accepted Christ and remained in his safety until her demise. Zana loved watching television. Her favorite shows were: George Lopez, Full House and anything, Wrestling. The Rock, Eddie Murphy, and Kevin Hart was her favorite actors. Spending time with family and friends, gave her so much joy.
On Saturday, May 27, 2017, our beloved daughter, sister, aunt, niece, and friend, Zana Janee Robinson, peacefully transitioned from her earthly home, to her heavenly home. She was preceded in death by: her mother Lola; two uncles, Samuel Dugger and Edward Lee Alston and two aunts Jeanette Witcher and Peggy Gillus.
Cherished memories will forever remain in the hearts of: her father, John 'Wayne' Dugger; four brothers, Shawn Alston, who has been missing since, October 18, 2012, Demond Alston, Roderick Robinson (Pamela Avent), and Amaray Dugger (Amber); one sister, Latasha Hardwick (Samuel); five uncles, Clinton Alston (Jane), Donnie Alston (Nancy), Willis Alston (Harriet), James Alston (Margie), and Cephus Alston; twelve aunts, Gloria Scott, Shirley Robinson, Judy Mason, Brenda Browne (Richard), Carolyn Dugger Macklin (George), Lucy Singleton (Linburg), Mary Riddick (Bobby), Debra Dugger, Barbara Dugger, Rowena Dugger, Sadie Dugger and Stella Williams; one great-aunt, Lucy Jackson; seven nephews, JayQuan Cain, Khalil Hardwick, Amaray Dugger Jr, Xzhavier Robinson, Jaquan Robinson, Jaquarrius Robinson, and Gavin Robinson; three nieces, Destiny Richardson, Orinda Richardson, and Zakiya Robinson; her mother-at-heart, Joyce Mills Edwards; two sisters-at-heart, Brianna and Brittany Petticolas; a special friend and nurse, Ebony Stephenson; a host of relatives and friends.
