David Richardson Obituary

We thought of you today, but that is nothing new. We thought about you yesterday and the day before that too.

We think of you in silence and often speak your name. Now all we have are memories and your picture in a frame.

Your memory is our keepsake, with which we’ll never part. God has you in His keeping and we have you in our hearts!

On Friday, January 23, 1959, David Lee Richardson entered into this world as he was born to the loving care of Maryline Hargrove Richardson and the late James Robert Richardson. At an early age, he accepted Christ and joined Boone’s Chapel Missionary Baptist Church in Jackson, North Carolina.

David matriculated through the public schools of Northampton County; graduating from Gumberry High, class of 1977. Upon completion of his tours of duty, David became employed with the Home Shopping Network and several other jobs in Florida. He later returned to his roots, in North Carolina, to be with his mother and close family members. David was a fun loving person and a friend to many.
