     Jah'Quez Louis Tann, graced the earth with his presence and ascended to heaven on February 18, 2022; while at Vidant North Hospital, Roanoke Rapids, North Carolina.  
     Cherished memories will forever remain in the hearts of: his loving parents, Tyleek L. Tann and Shicola M. Harris of Weldon, North Carolina;  siblings, Zaidyon Champion and Zimir Champion; paternal grandmother, Levorie Tann of New York; maternal grandmother, Katrina Harris of Jackson, North Carolina;  aunts & uncles, Keyanna Tann of Atlanta, Georgia, Ebony Peebles, Moesha Harris, Shyann Gorham and Malachi Harris all of Jackson, North Carolina; a host of other loving relatives and supportive friends.
