Mr. Kenneth Lamont Harmon, age 36, of Greensboro and native of Rich Square, North Carolina, answered God's call from earthly labor unto eternal reward on Sunday, September 5, 2021.
Lamont was a 2003 graduate of Northampton County High School-EAST and a 2007 graduate of North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University. He was a dedicated member of New Jerusalem Cathedral of Greensboro, where he served faithfully in several ministries, including: Praise & Worship, Choir, YSP and Historian.
Lamont was preceded in death by his sister, MyKayia Wilder and many other loving relatives and friends.
Cherished memories will forever remain in the hearts of: his parents, Pamela Edwards Majettte (Rodney) of Rich Square, North Carolina and Kenneth Eugene Harmon (Linda) of Conway, North Carolina; grandmother, Rockie Patterson of Rich Square, North Carolina; children-at-heart, Aaron Richardson of Virginia, Samuel Ross of Greensboro, North Carolina and Ja’Mari Majette of Winston Salem, North Carolina; siblings, Jesse Jordan of Fayetteville, North Carolina, Steve Lassiter of Potecasi, North Carolina, Keondora Pope (Clarence), Sha’Quanda Stephenson and She’Liek Jacobs all of Rich Square, North Carolina, Chris Turner of Conway, North Carolina, Craig Turner of Washington, DC and Simene’ Walden of Savage, Maryland; nieces and nephews, Zayonnah Boyd, Zyon Majette, Kaleeah Wilder, Carter Stephenson, Cashmere Jacobs, K’Kalia Jordan, Erica Jordan, Takeera Jordan, DayeQuantarious Lassiter, Savannah Lassiter and Trinity Lassiter; aunts and uncles, Sheila Eason (Danford) of Conway, North Carolina, Annette King (Michael) of Charlotte, North Carolina, Patricia Felton (Gregory) of Cary, North Carolina, Darleen Edwards of Rich Square, North Carolina and Felecia Barrett (Reginald) of Athens, Georgia, a host of great-aunts & uncles, relatives, co-laborers in ministry and friends.
