McCoy 'Troy' Parker

McCoy Parker was born on May 12, 1967 in Margarettsville, (Northampton County) North Carolina, to the late Edward Lee Jordan Sr. and Clementine Parker Perry, surrounded by a large and loving family.

'Troy', as he was affectionately called, relocated to Yonkers, New York, with his mom and brother. where he attended Middle School and High School. As life progressed, 'Troy' became a jack of many trades. He worked with his uncle, Larry Parker (deceased) in the Plumbing Field. He then moved on to contracting work, auto repair, etc... to eventually opening his own cleaning service, Parker Maintenance Company.

'Troy' always loved to have a good time with family and friends. He really had a soft spot for the kids. All kids, his as well as others. He was to them all, a father, and confidant, who inspired them to succeed in anything they choose.

McCoy Parker quietly transitioned from this earthly life on Saturday, September 24, 2022; while in the serenity of his home.

Cherished memories will forever remain in the hearts of: his children, Daniel Parker of Pennsylvania, Benjamin Patrick of Ocala, Florida, Anita Parker of Pennsylvania, Mack McCoy Parker Jr. of Gaston, North Carolina, Tiesha Parker of Atlanta, Georgia, Alya Russell Jackson of Yonkers, New York and Alexis Alexander of Yonkers, New York; ten grandchildren, Imani, Angle, Ania, Deshawn, Hailey, Adonis, Eric, Erica, NiJay and Benjamin; his companion, Latasha Johnson; children-at-heart, Samuel W. Alston, Malekea Alston and Malik Johnson; two aunts, Marie Johnson and Eunice Porter; a host of siblings, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Relatives and Friends are encouraged to visit Mr. Parker's tribute wall to share memories, extend condolences and to order floral tributes, as sentiments to the family.
