“Sad is the parting, no one can tell: So sudden on earth the sorrow fell,
The blow was hard, the shock severe; To part with one we love so dear.
Dearer still, as days depart; Our loved one’s memory will forever live within
our hearts!”
Priscilla Renee Kee was born on Tuesday, January 22nd, 1991, to Charles Williams and the late Gwendolyn Kee Jarrett. On Sunday, February 8th, 2026, she unexpectedly departed this earthly life at the age of 35 at ECU Health North Hospital in Roanoke Rapids, North Carolina.
Priscilla began her education in the public school system of Northampton County and continued her studies in the Southampton County school system. From an early age, she demonstrated determination and perseverance—qualities that would define her life.
A dedicated and hardworking woman, Priscilla approached every task she undertook with a bright smile and a commitment to excellence. She was employed with Kapstone Manufacturing in Roanoke Rapids, North Carolina. Recently, she proudly earned a certificate in welding, a milestone that meant so much to her. On the night she received her certification, she called her father, filled with joy and pride over her accomplishment—a moment that will forever be cherished.
Priscilla was preceded in death by her beloved mother, Gwendolyn Jarrett; her maternal grandmother, Annie Broady and her paternal grandmother, Bonnie Williams.
She leaves to cherish her precious memories her three loving children, Londynn, Marjay, and Jamie Graves, all of Roanoke Rapids, North Carolina; her father, Elder Charles Williams (Janice) of Prince George, Virginia; her brother, Brandon Williams of Valdosta, Georgia; and her paternal grandfather, Charlie Williams of Skippers, Virginia. She also leaves two aunts, Annie Bell Blunt of Halifax, North Carolina, and Felicia Powell of Montgomery, Alabama; four uncles, Calvin Williams of Virginia Beach, Virginia; Anthony Williams of Hampton, Virginia; Isaiah Kee, Jr. of California; and John Kee of Greensboro, North Carolina. She shared a special bond with her cousin, Antonio Bell ‘Boom Boom,’ whom she loved like a brother. In addition, she leaves behind two very special friends whom she considered sisters, Rashonda Britt and Emma Braswell, as well as Della Graves, the grandmother of her children, who was a tremendous source of love and support.
Priscilla was loved by everyone she encountered. Her warmth, strength, and radiant smile left a lasting impression on all who knew her. She leaves behind a host of family and friends who will forever cherish every moment shared with her and carry her memory in their hearts.
