Taneshia Lasell Robinson, daughter of Shirley Jean Harding Long and Harry Leon Robinson, was born October 18, 1985, in Roanoke Rapids, North Carolina.
'Tink' or 'Tink Link', as she was affectionately called, was educated in the Northampton County School System. She graduated from Athens Drive High School in Wake County, North Carolina. She matriculated at North Carolina Central University, majoring in Business Administration.
Early in life, Taneshia professed her faith in Jesus Christ, was baptized and she united in Christian Fellowship with Jerusalem Missionary Baptist Church, Emporia, Virginia. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. She loved reading, dancing and having fun. She possessed a generous spirit and a pleasant personality.
On On Friday, May 11, 2018, our beloved mother, daughter, sister, aunt and friend, Taneshia L. Robinson, peacefully departed this earthly life at Transitions Hospice Center, in Raleigh, North Carolina.
Cherished memories will forever remain in the hearts of: her son, Ja'Mez Blue; her mother Shirley Harding Long (Otis) of Pleasant Hill, North Carolina; her father, Harry Leon Robinson of Gaston, North Carolina; two sisters, Natashia Harding of Garysburg, North Carolina and Constance Robinson of Allentown, Pennsylvania; two nieces, Ke'Shonna L. Gay and Ke'Naya D. Squire; one nephew, Ke'Mouri D. Flagg her aunts and uncles, Patricia Sykes (Steve) of Garysburg, North Carolina, Floyd Harding of Raleigh, North Carolina, Jeremiah Harding of Pleasant Hill, North Carolina, Ella Robinson of Roanoke Rapids, North Carolina, Lucy Vincent and Charles Robinson (Odessa) all of Gaston, North Carolina, Linda Sandlain (Fernandez) of Garysburg, North Carolina, Mertis Pearson (George) and Thelma Robinson and Donald Robinson (Delphine) all of Brooklyn, New York and Allen Robinson (Ingrid) of Roanoke Rapids, North Carolina; her great-aunts and uncle, Betty White of Upper Marlboro, Maryland, Helen Hardy of Wilmington, Delaware, Mildred Terry of Garysburg, North Carolina and Bryar Hardy of Gaston, North Carolina; special friend, Chris Smith; special cousin, Rasheedah Robinson both of Raleigh, North Carolina; a host of other relatives and friends.
